Two Château de Fontaine supermodels at the Longines FEI/WBFSH’s World Championships for Young Dressage Horses in Ermelo, The Netherlands, on 1 - 4 August 2019.

The two five-year-old Danish Warmblood mares Queenparks Wendy (Sezuan x BH Soprano) and Skovens Tzarina (BH Zack x BH Don Schufro) do not only share gold medal mare status and top Helgstrand Dressage training, they are also both exclusively owned by Château de Fontaine.

Château de Fontaine founder and owner Bolette Wandt is on location in Ermolo as her two supermodel mares will make their debut on the international dressage stage, with riders extraordinaire Andreas Helgstrand and Betina Jæger, when the World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses bursts into action at the National Equestrian Centre in Ermelo.



Andreas Helgstrand is one of the top scorers when it comes to the World Championships for Young Dressage Horses. He’s been on the podium an impressive seven times. Last year, he won the gold with the five-year-old Westphalian Revolution, in 2017 the silver with Ferrari IKD. For the 2019 championship, Helgstand has three contenders: the five-year-old Queenparks Wendy and KWPN-horse Jovia as well as the six-year-old Zhaplin Langholt.

A total of 44 best representatives from 23 countries will the battle for the world titles, including four five-year-old Danish Warmblood horses, selected by the Danish Equestrian Federation and Danish Warmblood Society to represent the Danish Warmblood breed at the 2019 Championships.
